TWO TRAVEL SPEEDS
Two travel speeds (2.3/4.0 kph//1.4/2.5 mph) offer high speed and maximum manoeuvrability in the field.

TAIL SWING WITHIN UNDERCARRIAGE LIMITS
When the tracks are extended, the frame never protrudes beyond the undercarriage limits when rotating, making it safer for the machine and the operator. When the tracks are retracted, the machine can even get into confined spaces. At 870 mm (34”) wide and with a tiltable roll-over protection cage, it is ideal for interior renovation work.

COMPACT SIZE
The perfect combination of compactness and strength. The HD12VXE can get into previously inaccessible places by going into buildings to work indoors or access interior gardens or courtyards that cannot be reached any other way.

ADJUSTABLE UNDERCARRIAGE
The HD12VXE undercarriage can be adjusted from 870 -1135 mm/34-45”affording significant safety and operating stability when digging or lifting from the sides particularly on uneven ground or steep inclines. Its circular structure shortens gaps while improving reach.

SAFETY
The TOPS certified roll-over protection cage has excellent operating visibility (optional FOPS canopy available). The pulsation dampening valve in the hydraulic system keeps the bucket operating smoothly and the cylinder shock absorber system reduces the shock of stopping at the bucket limit stop when raising the main boom. Swing motor brake prevents accidental bucket movements during transport or when parked. The LH joystick controls the movements of the bucket. The auxiliary plumbing circuit control pedal is fitted with roll-over protection that acts as a circuit lock for both the footrest and remote control.

ACCESSIBILITY AND EASE OF MAINTENANCE
The HD12VXE’s vertically opening engine cover provides ease of access for daily inspections (oil filters, belts) and maintenance as well as making the bulk of the engine more accessible and visible. The battery requires less maintenance. The fuel tank is large enough for the machine to run a whole day under normal conditions. Refuelling is easy and the filler cap is lockable. The pumps are fitted with pressure reading points to monitor the hydraulic pressure values more easily.

YANMAR 9.4 KW DIESEL ENGINE
The 3-cylinder engine operates at low RPMs with a low utilisation index for improved durability and long-term reliability. The dual-element, high capacity air filter helps reduce maintenance and increase engine reliability. The fuel circuit is fitted with a water separating diesel filter to prolong engine life. Combined with an advanced hydraulic system, the highly efficient engine consumes little fuel, runs quietly and limits polluting emissions in compliance with EPA Tier 4 pollution prevention requirements.

HYRDRAULIC CIRCUIT
The circuit includes two variable-capacity pumps integrated with the Straight Travel system in the dozer blade section and a separate gear pump for the servo-controls, delivering excellent operating speed and force balance. It allows for sharp and simultaneous manoeuvring without loss of power or reduced engine speed. HD12VXE manages to advance when carrying out its work without losing any linearity.

ADDITIONAL ATTACHMENT HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT
An auxiliary hydraulic circuit for hydraulic attachments such as breakers, shears, grippers, and drills is supplied as standard up to the 2nd arm. A directional valve selects one-way or two-way operation.

COMFORT AND SAFETY
The adjustable bucket seat, wrist rests, and ergonomic control layout make the operator’s position particularly comfortable. Fitted with servo-assisted joysticks for maximum precision as standard. Two safety arms control access to the driver’s seat and lock out all the machine’s operating and movement controls when raised and locked. The multi-function analogue instrument panel -- timer, fuel gauge, oil temperature, and warning lamps -- is user-friendly and increases productivity by making the operator’s work easier.

WORK LIGHT
The arm is fitted with a work light so the excavation work can be seen perfectly.
